Summary (English)This ilan is a Great Tree of the KPNZW type and serves as the closest extant parallel to the lost ilan of R. Kalonymus Kalman. It is distinguished by its striking anthropomorphic plasticity, particularly in the depiction of the head of Adam Kadmon. Unlike more schematic versions, this manuscript renders facial features with remarkable detail, including nose and ears that feature clearly delineated helices and lobes. These ears emerge from the circle of the head, intersecting with the eyes before curving upward— a visual arrangement that R. Aryeh Leib Lipkin used as a critical editorial model to verify the Lurianic canon for his 1893 Warsaw printed edition.
Summary (English)אילן זה הוא אילן גדול מסוג KPNZW , והוא המקבילה הקרובה ביותר הקיימת כיום לאילן האבוד של רבי קלונימוס קלמן. האילן מתייחד ב"פלסטיות אנתרופומורפית" עזה, הבולטת במיוחד בתיאור ראשו של אדם קדמון. בניגוד לגרסאות סכמטיות יותר, כתב יד זה מציג את תווי הפנים בפירוט יוצא דופן, הכולל אף ואוזניים עם אפרכסת ותנוך בעלי תווים ברורים. האוזניים מגיחות מתוך העיגול המקיף את הראש, מצטלבות עם העיניים ומתעקלות כלפי מעלה — סידור חזותי ששימש את רבי אריה לייב ליפקין כמודל עריכה קריטי לאימות הקנון הלוריאני עבור המהדורה המודפסת שלו (ורשה, 1893).
